Mountain Woman & Mountain Man 

Introduced by Karen Griffin in 2000, the Mountain Woman and Mountain Man is to recognise the major volunteer contributors for the year by those who go over and above for the club. This award is voted on by Mount Pleasant community members. In it's early years people won it more than once, however that has changed so that a person can only win it once. We encourage people to still vote for whoever they see fit, regardless if they have won it before as it is nice to still recognise those volunteers in the speeches, although they are ineligible to win.
